Setting up your FAN Club Account

If you were a member of the New Neighbors League Club (NNLC),
this explains how to setup your Friends And Neighbors Club account. 

If you recently joined the FAN Club and were NOT a member of NNLC, 
then you already had to accept the club rules on the application form,
and you would have received your login information via email.
You can also use the forgot password function if you need to.

A few quick reminders:

• NNLC members already have a FAN Club account if they choose to activate it. 
• You need to set up a password and accept the club rules to formalize your FAN Club participation. 
• You will not need to pay any dues until the date that would have been your NNLC renewal date.
• Your membership includes a second adult living at your same address. These instructions include how that person also gets setup. 

1. CREATE YOUR PASSWORD

• Go to www.ptcfanclub.org  (you can do this from any Internet connected device - computer, tablet, phone)
• Click the person icon (top right on computers, in the center below the logo on mobile devices)
• BEFORE YOU TRY TO LOGIN - click the forgot password link - this is how you will create your new password
• Use the same email you use for NNLC
• Follow the instructions to create a new password

• This is required to participate in Club activities and events. 
• Once you are logged in, click the person icon again to “view profile” 
• Once you see your profile, click "edit profile"
• Review the club rules and privacy policy, then click the check box in your profile to accept

3. MANAGE YOUR PROFILE (sdditional details with screenshots)

• You are able to make changes to your profile at any time. 
• Login and then click the person icon again to “view profile” 
• Once you see your profile, click "edit profile"
• Use the 'add file' if you'd like to upload a picture - if it is sideways, try cropping the original picture and adding it again. 
• Scroll to the bottom of your profile to select a committee
• You can also select interest groups

4. ADD THE SECOND PERSON TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP

• Every membership is a “household bundle” – which means two adults over 21 at the same address can be members with only one dues payment.
• If you are the “bundle coordinator,” you can add the name and email of the other person.  
• To do so, login, select "view profile," then scroll to "BUNDLE SUMMARY"
