UPDATING YOUR PROFILE
The screen shots that follow will show you how to manage your profile on the website.
Remember - you always need to first click "edit profile" and always need to click "save" after you make changes and before you exit your profile
Things to be sure you have reviewed and updated are:
1. Acceptance of Club Rules and Privacy Policy -- For anyone who joined after April 1, 2026 via the website Application form, this was completed when you submitted the form. If your membership is the result of a transfer from the New Neighbors League Club, you need to ensure you have reviewed the Club Rules and Privacy Policy and accepted it.
2. Add a photo - If it comes out sideways, try resizing the photo and re-uploading it.
3. Confirm contact details - Review all of your contact information to be sure it is correct.
4. Select Committees and Interest Groups - Review the committee information and interest group descriptions and ensure you have made your selections within your profile. This will change what you see on the Events page after you login and which emails you receive.
5. Add the other person to your Household - Every membership is a "household bundle" for up to two people. One is the "bundle coordinator" and the other is the "bundle member." If you are the coordinator, be sure you have added the other person if you want to do so. This is someone over the age of 21 living at your same address.

Here you can now see all of your information, including renewal date, address/phone number/email, and more. However, you are only viewing this information. To make any changes to your personal information, to accept the Club Rules, and to join or remove yourself from committees and interest groups, you must click "Edit Profile."
Click the "Edit Profile" button on the top left.

Directly beneath your User ID number, you will find the Club Rules and Privacy Policy. Please open the link to read the Club Rules and Privacy Policy, then click the box to accept.
This step MUST be completed to be a functioning member of the FAN Club and have full access to the website.

Take a moment to go over your personal information and make any necessary changes. Then, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to find Committee and Activity Participation. This is where you can select (or deselect!) the committees and activities in which you would like to participate.
All members are encouraged to select at least one committee and one interest group. Remember, we are an all-volunteer organization, and many hands make light work! Every member of the FAN Club has something special they bring to the table. Let's work together to make this organization something truly amazing!

The final, very important step - SAVE!!! Don't forget to click "Save" to save your changes!

And that's it! You now have full access to the member website, have accepted the Club Rules and Privacy Policy, and have tweaked your personal profile to your specifications. Take some time to look around and get used to the website - there will be lots of great things to see come May 1st!
