Peachtree City Friends And Neighbors Club, Inc. is a registered nonprofit corporation with the Georgia Secretary of State. The Club operates as a 501(c)(7) not-for-profit social club that is solely focused on the purpose of providing a friendly and welcoming environment for local residents of Peachtree City and the surrounding areas in Fayette and Coweta counties. The Club places a particular emphasis on supporting people who have recently arrived in our community,
The Club is open to residents of Fayette and Coweta counties who are over 21 and commit to upholding the rules and values of the Club.

In addition, by completing the application form and paying Club dues, participants agree that all club activities are "politics-free" zones.
The Club is not affiliated with any religious organization, and seeks to be inclusive of all perspectives and religious beliefs.
Individuals who subscribe to participate in the Club, acknowledge that there are no employees, and that the Club is 100% driven by the time and energy that volunteers contribute to help make Club activities enjoyable for all members.
The Club has an annual fee of $45, which includes the option for a second adult who is 21+ and resides at the same address to fully participant with their own online account.
Once dues are paid, there is no refund unless there was an administrative error (i.e., if someone is charged twice by mistake).
Upon joining, dues need to be paid online within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
When a renewal invoice is still unpaid after 30 days, the online account will be inactivated and the person(s) can no longer attend Club events.
If someone consistently demonstrates through their behavior a lack of commitment to the Club rules, or if someone disregards the privacy policy agreement, their online account and access to club events may be terminated.
Privacy Policy
Upon accepting these rules, individuals agree to have their information included in the Club directory. The directory data is stored in the Wild Apricot software platform. Directory information includes name, email, phone, and address. Members are also encouraged to add a picture, the month/day of their birthday, and where they moved from. This additional information enhances the social purpose of the club.
Accepting this policy conveys an agreement to share your directory listing with the other people in the directory. And further, everyone in the directory agrees the information may ONLY be used for 1) official Club communications; 2) social outreach between members. The directory CANNOT be used for business purposes or any forms of personal advertising.
